Director of Impact Investments

Hannah Fitzmaurice is the Director of Impact Investments, where she seeks out opportunities to deploy capital in both emerging and developed markets that result in measurable socioeconomic and environmental impact, while producing attractive returns to investors. In addition to serving as the chief liaison to family offices, development banks, and investment institutions, Hannah also advises on when CNS Global will deploy its own capital in a project. 

Prior to joining CNS, Hannah spent five years at Municipal Acquisitions, a real estate investment firm that partners with public sector and non-profit entities on proprietary financial structuring to save money on their real estate portfolio. Working specifically with hospitals and universities to help create a pathway to ownership of mission-critical assets and free up cash to be spent on advancing their more immediate goals, Ms. Fitzmaurice was in charge of market research, seeking out partnership opportunities, and interfacing with various stakeholders. 

At CNS, Ms. Fitzmaurice has a particular passion for food security and agriculture related efforts around the globe. She studied at both Tufts as well as Georgetown University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude and earned a Bachelors in Anthropology.
